Aditi and Gaurav joined hands to create a powerful team. Aditi brought her knowledge of traditional recipes and flavors, while Gaurav understood the local market and regulations. Together, they made Cravewave a well-known name in the UK catering industry.
Aditi’s passion for food and her deep understanding of Indian spices and flavors stems from her family’s rich background in the food business. With over 40 years of experience in the pickle and spice industry, Aditi’s family-owned factories and shops have been a source of authentic taste for generations. Having worked closely as a manufacturer, Aditi gained invaluable insights into the authenticity of Indian spices and the expectations of clients. When she moved to London after marriage, her unwavering passion for food drove her to establish Cravewave. Determined to meet the unique tastes and requirements of UK clients, Aditi mastered the art of blending the right spices and ensuring authenticity, resulting in a culinary magic that has captivated the palates of London and its surrounding areas.
Gaurav, on the other hand, embarked on his journey in the UK to pursue a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science. During his student life, he observed the opportunities in the Indian catering industry, recognizing a gap in the market for truly authentic cuisine. While there were numerous Indian restaurants, Gaurav felt that the essence of authenticity was often missing. With his profound knowledge of UK rules and regulations, Gaurav wholeheartedly supported Aditi in their shared passion for bringing authentic Indian cuisine to the UK.

Aditi is blessed with immense talent and can put magic into every dish that she makes. She is an absolute expert and can make almost any dish really tasty. The service provided to us , in terms of the arrangements of the catering, was also always at a highly professional level and we never would have to worry about anything
